Having a Meek and Quiet Spirit 22 of 22

Lois and Eunice are to ladies we can learn from about Passing Our Faith Along.
II Timothy 1:5 "When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also."

There is so much we can learn from our Grandparents and our parents. We just simply need to be willing to learn what they have to teach us. What are some things that your Grandma may of taught you that would strenghten your in God.

There are stories I'm sure each of us could share on how grandma, mom, grandpa and dad shared with you that would affect your life and how you held onto your faith.

This isn't really a lesson where I'm going into detail about things. It will be more of a challenge to look back at your life and see what your family did to help strengthen your faith.

We have learned alot through the lessons on a Meek and Quiet Spirit, it's been ways we can have this kind of spirit. I pray that as you have read these lessons that the Lord, will give you a meek and quiet spirit!

I Peter 3:1-4
"Likewise, ye wives be in subjection to your own husbands; that , if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;
While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.
Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;
But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price."
